Enzo has been running Pizza e Vino since 2014, and has come to be well known and loved by the locals community of Northcote. He is always greeting his guests by name and with a smile, he is the face and heart of The Pavillion, Northcote.
Robert has a wealth of knowledge in multiple aspects of business. While he is from a traditional technology background, his passion lies with food. He ignited this when he took over the well loved Pizza e Vino almost 10 years ago.
Inspired by his family heritage, Victorio’s passionate culinary style celebrates the rich flavors of the Mediterranean, injecting his own personal innovation with select individual ingredients. While his distinct flavor profiles are influenced by the his Indian heritage, he has an ambitious standard for cuisine, creating an ever-evolving menu. Our guests have the privilege of tasting the bold and unique flavours that come from his years of training and experience.
